Treats for the tastebuds
Delicious diversity is our motto
Eating should not just be about feeling full, it should be an experience. The kitchen crew, led by our long-serving chef Stefan, always comes up with something special. From the gala dinner to the traditional Törggelen menu: Just like our daily culinary delights, the ingredients here also come from farmers in the immediate vicinity whenever possible.
Törggelen has always been a traditional custom in South Tyrol. After the grape harvest, people used to meet in the wine cellar to celebrate the end of the harvest season and taste the new wine. To this day, people still enjoy what the farmer's kitchen and the cellar have to offer in rustic wine taverns and parlours: Speck, wine, barley soup, Knödel dumplings, Schlutzkrapfen ravioli, ribs, homemade cold cuts, sauerkraut, chestnuts and sweet doughnuts. We also organise vibrant Törggelen evenings at the Mühlbacherhof in autumn.
A candlelight gala dinner, an Italian evening, a farmer's buffet: Depending on the season, we will surprise you with speciality and theme evenings. Our cheese and dessert buffets also guarantee culinary variety and tantalise your tastebuds.
